Zero Matters continues to grow in 2023. We’ve expanded the team and have begun work with the Scottish Building Society to support them with their net zero targets.
Scottish Building Society started life in 1848 and is the oldest remaining building society in the world. They are a mutual society, owned by and run for their members. Today, their principal purpose is to help people buy homes with funds raised from members’ savings accounts.
With 2023 bringing their 175th anniversary, Scottish Building Society is taking the chance to embrace their net zero journey and show real progress by establishing a Net Zero strategy. Zero Matters is excited to help the Scottish Building Society in their ambition to become a Net Zero organisation.
