Looking at ESG and Housing Associations

Zero Matters Director Matt Lancashire had the pleasure of speaking at the first ever Scottish Federation of Housing Associations ESG conference this month where leaders across the sector discussed how they are delivering ESG ambitions. A series of candid discussions highlighted the need for support, investment and expertise in the sector. The residential sector is now targeted by the CCC to be net zero by 2044, earlier than industry and transport. In order to meet this target, housing associations will need to develop and implement net zero strategies quickly, effectively and efficiently.
